The Central Processing Center staff at SPU will be available M-F 9:00am-3:00pm for direct phone support to answer questions about the availability of network services, and by voice message for most other business hours. Phone contacts:
Please check the web-site for system status (e.g. satellite tracking gives a good indication of the network status - if the stations are tracking, it means the main server functions are fine). We cannot debug issues about specific cellular connections, cell phones, or accounts as those are the responsibility of your cellular provider. For questions specific to your own GPS equipment, please contact the support of the specific equipment manufacturer or reseller. We will be adding support contacts for equipment and survey standards soon. Questions about specific equipment or standards typically are not within the expertise of the CPC staff. |
